This "real deal" physical album comes from a lover of art who has decorated the music therein. The art featured in the Brothington Album Booklet is a unique accompaniment to the album and was conceived, designed and created by the musician (Kyle Brothers). The 12 page booklet, clear jewel case, inserts, and semi gloss disc face embody the fruits of a labour of love, in photos, slick digital art and complete lyrics, so you can sing along and ponder the inner workings of this dually, mad artist/musician.

about

This is a favourite of my Mum's. Dion Lobb from Templemore Studio had me try all sorts of vocal approaches with lots of riffing and harmonies. We had a great time recording it. The whole track was played on radio and sound bites from it were featured on a radio competition advertisement I entered called Exhumed. I was a Canberra finalist in the competition and the song was a hit with local folk.

lyrics

4. F O R N O W
For now Don’t you whisper so loud Coz they’ll hear you and say No way And they are Condescendingly glad That you’ll see what they have And go their way And they are Born a fortunate brand Holding the upper hand Made of clay Chorus: I finally understand what is happening Out on a Tuesday back by one Hold on what’s on I’m out for amusement give me some So now Hold your breath for today Just work hard and make hay And pray Coz it’s here Lunatics come to play You’re remembered some day And you’ll hold sway And we are Born a similar cast Holding fast to our past And ours is the way (Repeat Chorus) And we’re soon to partake And we’re soon de da la lune de da la lune to partake And we’re soon to partake

Kyle Brothers Bungendore, Australia

I am an musician, artist and a teacher, specialising in teaching children to play guitar. I am based near Canberra, ACT, Australia and this is my debut release. At 17 I learned to play, becoming a songwriter when practice eventually became exploration. My music fits mostly within the Folk genre with many influences. I hope that there will be many more albums to follow as I'm writing all the time. ... more
